Functional Integrative Training Nutrition  Exercise Support System

                                           Introduction

Functional training is the concept of training the body as a functioning unit, instead of isolating body parts. Most of the exercises done in gyms all over the world have been taken from very specific disciplines such as, bodybuilding, dance, martial arts, boxing yoga and Pilates. Every professional sport has also made its contribution to society’s workout repertoire.

So each trainer, coach or teacher passes on their own expertise to their clients in the form of their respective sport or discipline.

Over the past 25 years, I have been accumulating knowledge and experience in weightlifting, cardio-respiratory fitness, Pilates, kick-boxing, karate, kettlebells, boot-camps, and good old fashioned calisthenics along with extensive flexibility training and physical therapy techniques.
