The Crux
2024 Who cares about the date? I don’t, but… I do care about this moment. This moment contains all I need to know. I have spent a lifetime trying to fill the me shaped hole inside of me. As I write this, I see how ridiculous this sounds. The crux of the matter is the realization that I am enough!

Although we find your fitness journey commendable, may we kindly ask that you stop playing your saxophone in the Broadway mall between 100th and 104th Streets? If you live in any of the surrounding buildings the loud playing makes it impossible to hear music, TV or have conversations. It’s louder than you think. Please don’t ruin another Spring and Summer for your neighbors. Thank you for understanding and best of luck with your health journey.
